You pack them up, the movers come get them, the movers move those items to your new home, and then you have to unpack the very things you had just packed. If there was only a better way, right? Travel Insurance is just as essential as your sunglasses, toiletries and camera when you\’re heading off on holiday. Travel insurance is a way to offer yourself peace of mind and minimise the considerable financial risks of travelling. Travel insurance is insurance that is intended to cover your medical expenses, financial losses (such as money invested in non-refundable pre-payments), and other losses incurred while travelling, either within your own country, or in other countries. Travel insurance is priced as a percentage of trip costs, and typically ranges from 4 to 8%.

It seems that in these modern times that stress is just part of the landscape. We seem to be under more pressure whether at home or a work. The major shift of stress seems to be from physical stress to mental stress. Our fore fathers were in much more under stress from physical dangers. We on the other hand, seem to be under much more mental stress. We react to both mental or physical stress in much the same way: the fight or flight reaction. Our source of stress has certainly changed, but not our reaction to it.
