I came across something the other day that just shocked me. A World of Warcraft player has reached the gold cap limit with three different characters. I couldn’t believe that someone was becoming a millionaire in a video game.

With 35 active raiders chipping in weekly, my guild bank have around 9,000 gold, I thought that was a lot of gold… but 1 million gold? That’s 1,000,000 gold? I need to see some evidence before I believe that.

I did some research; I found a video through his website. It was shocking to see because it looked legit. I know about photoshopped screenshots and private servers, I couldn’t find any faults through close examination.

There were hundreds of people running around Ironforge, there was guild chat, general chat (there was even a guy asking to get a run through VC, that’s how close I examined the video). The video was as real as it can get.

I still couldn’t believe it, but I had to accept somebody on a LIVE server has 1 million WoW gold.

The video on his website certainly intrigued me, but something else caught my eyes. The WoW Millionaire has packaged all his gold secrets into a bundle and is selling it.

I had to know what he had done to get that much gold. What had he done that no one else had done before. What did he see in this game that others have missed. His strategy must be superior right?

Then a thought came over my mind, I’ve seen this kind of sales pages before, and they rarely end up to be what they claim to be. I was certainly intrigued, yes, but I wasn’t willing to fork over the cash yet at least not without a second opinion.

So more research I did. For a change I did not see SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, I actually found quite a few positive reviews… I was sold.

I went ahead and bought the gold guide. His principles are quite simple actually, but it seems like we never used them to our advantages. The guide is not going to make you an instant WoW millionaire, it is however going to maximize your time and help you farm gold at a very efficient way.
